Not everyone needs a custom solution. That's when they can turn to our Wrangler NW Power Products brand for out-of-the-box high output alternators, auxiliary battery trays, battery managers and power cable kits.

These products often are just the answer for today's managers of commercial fleets who are responsible for vehicle up-time.

High Output Alternators: Each Wrangler NW Power Products alternator is custom built and then tested before shipping. You can select from alternator outputs up to 350 Amps. Alternators between 120 Amps and 240 Amps are bolt-for-bolt OEM replacements. All alternators feature:

Stator Windings that are hand wound, heavy gauge wire, with 200°C slot insulation
Precision balanced and aligned rotor
Copper brushes with heavy gauge wire leads
Over-sized bearings to withstand extreme belt loads
50-amp button diodes on aluminum heat sinks to enhance cooling efficiency
Grade-8 socket head bolts with Nordlock hi-torque lock-washers for mechanical stability

You have a choice of an internal or external regulator.

Auxiliary Battery Trays: You get more power by adding multiple batteries. More batteries benefit from a support system. Wrangler NW Power Products battery trays feature:

Universal or vehicle-specific trays in individual or dual configuration
Direct bolt-on design
Precision laser-cut and formed trays are painted or powder coated for longevity
Kits that contain tray with hold-down, isolation relay with cables and a battery manager control assembly

Power Cable Kits: The most advanced and high performance power cables on the market. Booster cables come with 500-amp clamps and the I-Light™ - the Red (stop) Green (Go) LED light – that indicates the cables are attached correctly and the vehicle is ready to jump. All power cables are made from 2-guage multi-strand copper welding cable covered in very flexible, cut-resistant neoprene and have the red Lexan® connector housings.
